R-Cutting is a young and vibrant company that has got the equipment and Energy to make your wildest ideas come to life!!!!!We are based in Chloorkop, in Kempton Park and service the East rand Area (but not limited to):

• We will cut or engrave to size any profile or shape that you can imagine, or dream of.
• All quotes are free and you will be charged on the time spent on cutting or engraving your -product – our rates are reasonable and service is personal.
• We do charge a set fee for designing but will deduct it from your final account if you proceed
• We can assist in designing your product from shopfronts to logos on wood products, acrylic MDF, Plastic or Aluminium.
• We also can use your own drawings in the following formats: DXF, PDF, JPEG, CDR, CAD

• A 3000mm Panel saw – for cutting boards , Solid Wood or sheets of Acrylic to size
• Two 2000mm x 3000mm CNC Routing machines that handle- wood / Plastic / acrylic / aluminium, High Density Composite, M-Foam, Di-Bond, Polystone, Polycarb, PoliL (recycled Plastic)
• Two Co2 Laser engraving and cutting machine For MDF, Acrylic ,wood, Perspex, Automotive Foam, Leather, Canvas Material
• Fiber Marker Bedsize 300 x 300 Engraving on all types of metal with a Router Attachment for mug and glasses
• 3kw Fiber Laser Bedsize 1.5 x 3000 can cut Mild steel up to 22mm, Stainless  up to 8mm, Aluminium up to 6mm
• Pipe Attachement cutting and engraving of pipes (round/Square/Retangular/Oval 6m length up to 220 Dia
• Hydraulic Bender 1.6meter length up to 3mm Thick
  Shorter brackets up to 5mm Thick
